How it works...
1. Your supplier sends a copy of your invoice through to PoochPay in their preferred format.
2. PoochPay compares the invoice against your rate cards, contracts, pricing tables and PO Numbers (if applicable) to validate the expense.
3. Invoices and variances are collated and flagged for approval or follow up and then uploaded into your interactive dashboard for easy review.
4. Approve and freeze your invoice to have it listed for payment by our Supply Chain Finance partner, UnLock, who pay the invoice, in full, on the invoice due date.
5. Elect your payment terms up to 90 days, set and forget with direct debit payment.
